Changes to the 2017/18 Formula E calendar

The FIA World Motor Sport Council had a meeting today, and they made some changes to the recently announced calendar of FIA Formula E. The original plan was to hold the inaugural ePrix in Sao Paulo in March 2018, but the FIA has chosen to replace that event with Punta del Este in Uruguay. Stability in the American Fords as well

The Ford Chip Ganassi Racing team has announced that their line-up in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship will remain the same, just like it was announced about their FIA WEC line-up last week. That will give Joey Hand and Dirk Müller in the #66, plus Ryan Briscoe and Richard Westbrook in the #67 their third season with the team, in the IMSA series.
