Toyota Gazoo Racing #7 has lost their Pole Position due to a procedural error by the team. That means #8 is promoted to Pole Position, and Rebellion Racing #1 moves into the first row on the starting grid. Close qualifying at Spa

The qualifying of the 6 hours of Spa was a close affair. Ford Chip Ganassi Team UK #67 set the quickest time in GTE Pro with Andy Priaulx behind the wheel – a laptime that Michael Christensen in Porsche #92 tried to beat, but he missed by a fraction. Olivier Pla wouldn’t sit back and let his teammate have all the fun, and he went out to set the quickest time out of everybody. Rebellion springs a surprise in FP3

The first positive surprise came in Third Free Practice at the FIA World Endurance Championship round at Spa Francorchamps. Rebellion Racing set the fastest and third fastest times, while Toyota Gazoo Racing #7 were the second fastest. Rebellion Racing #1 was the quicker of the two. We had to look all the way down to fifth to find Toyota #8, since SMP Racing #17 also had sneaked past.
