There were a lot of drama and surprises in Australia for the first Formula 1 Grand Prix of the year.
Nico Rosberg won the race ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.
But for a long time it looked like Vettel could have taken the victory, when he shot past both Mercedes drivers already before turn 1. But a red flag in the middle of the race due to a dramatic crash between Fernando Alonso and Esteban Gutierrez really put a spanner in the works for Ferrari.
The positive ride of the day came from Romain Grosjean who drove the new Haas car to an impressive 6th place. Like we already mentioned in the qualifying report, there was loads of speed in the new team. They managed to take 6th place only behind Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull and Williams.

Daniel Ricciardo took 4th place, Felipe Massa 5th, Hülkenberg 7th ahead of Bottas, Sainz og Verstappen.
