The Danish Thundersport Championship 2017 winner, Lasse Sørensen, will now return to the international race tracks. The 21 year-old racing driver will be testing for AT Racing at the European Le Mans Series Prologue at Paul Ricard for the next two days, with the potential of being in the race seat for three of the rounds. Equality at the WEC Prologue

The FIA World Endurance Championship has held their Prologue, which is the official test ahead of the 2018/19 season. The test was run over two days, where the teams had the chance to test 30 hours non-stop, so they had the opportunity to test in both daylight and 24 degrees track temperature, and in the darkness with just 12 degrees. The second Verizon IndyCar Series 2018 race was run at the ISM Raceway oval, formerly known as Phoenix Raceway. Sebastien Bourdais had claimed Pole Position ahead of Simon Pagenaud and Will Power, while Alexander Rossi and James Hinchcliffe just pipped oval-rookie Robert Wickens, who once again surprised everybody with his speed. VLN2 7 April 2018 Round 2 of the VLN, organised by the DMV, saw 175 cars take to the track during qualifying on a chilly, but sunny, morning.
