PMR confirms Sellers and Hardwick

Paul Miller Racing has confirmed their 2019 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship drivers.

Defending Champion Bryan Sellers stays at the Championship winning team, while Ryan Hardwick is the new guy on the team.

Corey Lewis will once again help during the Michelin Endurance Cup races, which are Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen and Petit Le Mans.

Hardwick is the defending Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American Champion, so he knows the Italian car very well.

It is, however, the brand new Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO, that is the choice of weapon for the upcoming season.

But with just two racing seasons in the baggage, it will be a huge step up the ladder for Ryan Hardwick. He finished second in the Lamborghini Championship in his rookie season, and won the Championship in 2018. He has experience from the Pirelli World Challenge too, where he won the GT Cup Championship.

This will be the fourth season at the team for Bryan Sellers. The first three were alongside Madison Snow, who left with much noise, after bring upgraded to Gold for the coming season. Snow was faster than Sellers during most of the season, and has been in the top-5 several times on the overall fastest laps list.

Luckily it didn’t take long for PMR to find a new teammate to Sellers, so they can aim at defending the Championship in 2019.

They will share the car for the first time at the ROAR Before the 24 test on 4-6 January, while the opening round will be run on 26-27 January at Daytona International Speedway.
