RLR MSport hires young Indian

RLR MSport has the European Le Mans Series line ups ready for the 2019 season.

After announcing the LMP3 car almost two weeks ago, the British team are now ready to release the names of the LMP2 drivers.

Indian Arjun Maini will get his sportscar debut for RLR MSport, where he will share the car with John Farano and Bruno Senna. Senna can’t race for the team at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which they are qualified for as well, since he will be racing for Rebellion Racing in the LMP1 category.

The 21 year-old racing driver has most recently raced in the Formula 2 Championship, but he is also a GP3 winner. But it will be something completely different for him in the ELMS, since three categories will race on the tract at the same time, with a mix of professional and gentlemen drivers.

RLR MSport won the 24 Hours of Le Mans spot, by winning the LMP3 Championship in the ELMS 2018 with John Farano, Rob Garofall and Job van Uitert. They have been split up with just Farano left at the team, while van Uitert has been grabbed by G-Drive Racing, after his impressive advantures in his debut season.

The team will announce the third driver for Le Mans, and for the 4 hours ELMS race at Silverstone in August, where Senna have commitments with Rebellion Racing too, in the coming days.
