The season opener of European Le Mans Series 2019 turned out to be four hours of good racing and some surprises. Under beautiful, blue sky and 12 degrees Celsius at the start of the race, the 41 cars drove around the 5.770 metres long track, hopefully without as much drama as Michelin Le Mans Cup yesterday, where there were run-offs and all kinds of confusion on and off the track.
