Nielsen sticks to the same pairings

Nielsen Racing will stick to well-known faces in the European Le Mans Series and the Michelin Le Mans Cup.

Car #7 will have the defending Asian Le Mans Cup Series Champions Colin Noble and Tony Wells in the car, while their “Asian” teammates Rob Hodes, Charles Crews and Garett Grist will race in car #10 in the ELMS.

It will be almost identical in the LMC, where Noble and Wells will share #7, while Crews will be on the sidelines, and let Hodes and Grist do the two hours – because there is just one driver change in LMC, opposite the possibility for several in the four-hour ELMS races.

Nielsen Racing will also run the Grainmarket Racing #20 entry in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, which once gain will be piloted by Alex Mortimer and Mark Crader.

The LMP3 outfit has chosen to upgrade their existing  Norma M30 chassis to Duqueine D08 models, which is the 2020 edition of the same car, just with a few safety updates and a brand new engine.

The European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup season is planned to start on the weekend of 3-5 April 2020 at Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona.
